Dia de São Patrício

Por aqui ninguém costuma festejar o São Patrício, mas podíamos começar a adoptar a tradição, não exactamente por devoção ao santinho, mas porque é uma óptima desculpa para a malta ir encher os canecos logo à noite no pub irlandês mais próximo - e não se esqueçam de levar qualquer coisa verde vestida, porque pode haver lá irlandeses a sério, dos que dão beliscões na gente se não cumprimos a tradição.

Saint Patrick's Day

- A day when you gather around a keg of Guinness and drink like there's no tomorrow.

- One of the better holidays, where people who aren't even irish pretend to be, and everyone gets drunk.

- The bestest day in the entire world. Everyone is Irish and you can drink until you're shit faced. Guinness flows like water and you get to pinch people on the ass.

- A wonderful reason to get completely shitfaced before noon, then take a nap, and do it again that evening. Celebrated heavily from the midwest to east coast by everyone, not just exclusively Irish folks. In the Chicagoland area, Saint Patrick's Day is nearly a weeklong celebration of booze and parades.
